Definition and Contract

Our cleaning services include Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning.  By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. A contract will be formed once you confirm your booking with us.

Payment, Equipment, and Checklist

While we typically do not require advance payment for our cleaning services, there may be instances where we do ask for it. This could be due to factors such as the nature of the job, the size of the project, or specific client circumstances.

All necessary cleaning equipment is provided at no extra cost. Our comprehensive checklist ensures that every task is completed to the highest standards. Please note that any additional requests may incur extra charges.

Refunds, Cancellation, and Termination

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Please note, deposits for large-scale or specialised services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to terminate a contract if the client breaches our terms and conditions, including but not limited to abusive behaviour, non-payment, or failure to comply with our policies. In such cases, any pre-paid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any unused time.

We value our clients and strive to maintain open lines of communication. If you have any questions regarding our refund, cancellation, or termination policies, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Claims, Complaints, Liability, and Guarantee

Any claims or complaints should be reported to us promptly within 24 hour of service completion. We will investigate your claim and aim to resolve it within 48 hours. Clients are responsible for securing valuable items and fragile belongings prior to our arrival.

Our business is fully insured, and we take all necessary precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur due to pre-existing conditions or items that could be easily damaged or feel require special care.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
