How do I book a cleaning service?

You book your cleaning service by contacting us via our website, phone, WhatsApp or email. We'll discuss your needs, schedule a time and confirm your appointment.

How much do you your cleaning services cost?

Our pricing varies based on the type of service, the size of the space, and the level of cleaning required. we offer free esimates and can provide a quote after discussing your specific needs.

Do you require a deposit ?

We typically do not require a deposit for our cleaning services. Payment is usually collected upon completion of the service

How often can I schedule cleaning services?

You can schedule cleaning services as often as you need-weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time service. We can customise a cleaning schedule tha works for you.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?

What is not a part of the end-of-tenancy cleaning service?

Spot-wall-cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the walls. Additionally, exterior window cleaning and carpet cleaning are not included in our services.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

No, we do not have any hidden fees. However, there may be instances where additional charges apply, such as if parking is unavailable and we need to purchase a parking permit. It's also important to consider congestion zones when scheduling a cleaner. Additionally, surcharges may apply for appointments on weekends or bank holidays, depending on availability.

Do you clean mould?

Moulds can be quite challenging to remove because of their unique characteristics. Depending on the extent of infestation, we may be able to clean it to some degree, but we cannot guarantee complete removal.
